When booking an appointment with Cerrone Aesthetics, you will be asked to agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below.
Hereby authorise Cerrone to perform upon myself a permanent cosmetic/medical enhancement. If any unforeseen conditions arise during the course of the procedure(s) I further request and authorise her to use her full judgement and do whatever she deems advisable and necessary in the circumstances.
•To my knowledge I do not have any physical, mental or medical impairment and/or disability that may affect my well-being as a direct or indirect result of my decision to have a cosmetic procedure.
•A non refundable, non transferable booking fee is required to secure all new appointments.
•If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your appointment, this will result in a loss of booking fee.
•A patch/Scatch test is required for all new clients.
•You must agree to follow all pre and post aftercare given. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and an additional treatment is required you will be charged accordingly.
•You must be over 18 years of age.
•You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
•You must disclose all medical conditions and current medication as this may affect your treatment.
•Eyelash extensions must be removed prior to any eye treatment.
•You must wait a minimum of 4 weeks in between procedures to allow for the skin to fully heal.
•Please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving the premises. Any additional retouch after this will be charged and can not be completed within the first 4 weeks.
•I understand that every client heals differently.
•A treatment review is offered after all appointments, we advise to book this so the treating practioner can review healed results and or deal with any issues at the soonest convenience should they arrise.
(This is responsibility for the client to book online or with the practitioner.)
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lockdowns other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, subsidence, acts of terrorism (threatened or actual), acts of war (declared, undeclared, threatened, actual or preparations for war), epidemic or other natural disaster, Government decree, order, regulation or any other event that is beyond Our reasonable control.

I understand that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
I understand booking fees are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
We like to ensure an exemplary service and that Our Services are trouble-free. If, however, there is a problem with any Services or your experience with us , so that we can address any concerns and to ensure it helps us improve our service. We request that you inform us as soon as is reasonable possible.
